Artist Bio
Born in Naarm, raised in Singapore, based in Boorloo, Perth. My work spans kinetic sculpture, automata, projection mapping, and interactive media, exploring technology, bioethics, and surveillance.
My interests centre on the transformative potential of technology and its intersection with human bioethics and biomechanics. A core concept is exploring the limits of the human body and its capacity for adaptation.
I look to frame the body as a "powerhouse" of potential, merging what we know with new modes of visualising the human form through the lens of contemporary art. This extends into broader questions of identity and humanity. How have our perceptions of "what it means to be human" responded to the accelerating rise of digital technologies?
